What we collect
- Your answers to the audit questionnaire: size, region, industry, horizon, successor and five questions on the business's independence.
- Your contact details: name, company, phone, email, best time to reach you, and the message of a call-back request.
- The page you came from and the campaign (utm) parameters of the link you used.
- If you accept: visit statistics (Google Analytics) and performance measurements (Vercel).

Why
To call you back, prepare the call, send you your report and, only if you ticked the box, send you our newsletter.

Where and for how long
Your information is stored in a Supabase database hosted in Canada (Montreal). Emails are sent by Resend and appointments managed by Cal.com, which may process data outside Quebec.
We keep a prospect's information for 24 months after the last contact, then delete it.

Cookies
No analytics or marketing cookie is set before your consent. One technical cookie remembers your language choice.

Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent, by writing to us. We reply within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
